The Brasserie de la Bourse, Brewery of the Stock Exchange, bears the name of the institution with which it divides its buildings.

The Produce Exchange of Strasbourg was inaugurated on June 12, 1927 by the Commercial Minister of the time, Mr. Bokanowsky. This event marked the result of more than one century of patiently continued efforts then the work started in 1914 and stopped during ten years.
The Brasserie de la Bourse remained today one of the last witnesses of the beautiful time, symbol of an architecture and a tradition. It has the role to perpetuate a popular art of living: that of good food!
